True Load — Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel Early, Get Full Refund
If you cancel before a carrier is assigned or before pickup is confirmed, we’ll give you a full refund (minus any bank/admin fees which is $70).

Cancel late, a fee applies
If you cancel after a carrier is assigned or within 48 hours of pickup, we keep a cancellation fee (from $150 or 20% of the booking).
If you cancel on the pickup day or after your vehicle has been collected, the booking is non-refundable.

If we cancel
If True Load or the carrier cancels, you can choose a full refund or a date change option.

Optional Services
Fees for extras (like shipment protection or storage) are refunded only if you cancel before the carrier is dispatched. Otherwise, they’re non-refundable.

Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
